COVID-19 Response

The effects of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) on all of our lives and the way we do business, is unprecedented. However, as always, NEEBCo is committed to maintaining the highest level of service and safety possible for our clients and our staff given the parameters and restrictions that we are all currently living and working under.

On March 16, 2020, NEEBCo sent all of its clients its newly implemented customer service and communication protocols that will remain in place as long as necessary. If you did not receive our information, please reach out to your Account Manager, Benefits Advisor or myself.
