Supreme Court Schedules Healthcare Hearing

The Supreme Court has scheduled five and a half hours to hear arguments surrounding the healthcare reform challenges but have left the door open to expand the hearing. Also reported in the December 20, 2011 NAHU Newswire , is an article about concerns that the Healthcare Exchanges may not be operational in time to meet the deadline of January 1, 2014. It is unknown what the status of the federal exchange is, in part because the Administration has said little.
