Constitutionality of healthcare reform in the balance

It is expected that the Supreme Court will announce it will hear the challenge to the healthcare law. There are many questions surrounding the case but one in particular stands out: "If the federal government can require people to purchase health insurance, what else can it force them to do? The November 11, 2011 NAHU Newswire reported that the Senate repealed the withholding requirement that required federal, state, and local governments to begin withholding three percent of payments to contractors starting in 2013.
