The Obama administration has decide to move forward, requesting the Supreme Court to rule on the constitutionality of the healthcare reform law. There is no guarantee the court will accept the case or will rule on the case quickly, especially during an election season. The September 30, 2011 NAHU Newswire report the House of Representatives is seeking to rescind $8.6 billion in related appropriations authorized under PPACA in its 2012 budget. Even if it is passed in the House, it is not likely to pass the Senate.
