| News Healthcare Reform Appeal May Wait August 22, 2011 Possibly until after the 2012 Presidential election To date the administration has not signaled if it will appeal the decision or request an 'en banc' hearing of all the judges of the 11th District Court of Appeals in response to the ruling that the individual mandate in the healthcare reform law is unconstitutional.
