| News New Hampshire Appeals Federal Ruling July 21, 2011 State ordered to repay $35 million in Disproportionate Hospital Funds As reported in the July 20, 2011 NAHU Newswire , the state of New Hampshire has been ordered to repay $35 million in Medicaid payments. The Disproportionate Share Hospital Payments are made to states that serve disproportionate numbers of low-income patients.
