Third federal appeals court to hear arguments
A three-judge panel will hear the Obama administrations oral arguments today over the constitutionality of healthcare reform. They will ask the court to reverse the lower-court ruling arguing the individual mandate to purchase health insurance is constitutional because when people fail to purchase health insurance all people are impacted. It is expected the Supreme Court will make the final ruling.
