Uncertain if they will approve an expedited hearing for healthcare law

It was expected that the Supreme Court Justices would discuss accepting an expedited hearing for the health care law last Friday, but no announcement was made about the case on Monday. It is uncertain what the courts silence means. The Attorney General from Virginia had asked the court to fast-track the case to determine the constitutionality of the law as there is so much money and uncertainty at stake for states and the private sector.
