Supreme Court to Decide on Fast Tracking Healthcare Law Challenge

Indication from court could come this month

The U.S. Supreme Court could rule on whether the healthcare dispute challenge will be put on the "fast track". The Department of Justice has urged the justices to wait until a lower U.S. Appeals court makes its ruling.
