Oversight of Antitrust provisions key issue

The Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission are in a dispute over who will oversee the Accountable Care Organizations (ACO's). Relations between the two departments are deteriorating due to the overlap of the two agencies both having antitrust oversight.
