Obama Administration Files Appeals Vinson Ruling

11th Circuit Court of Appeals to hear case
As expected, the Obama Administration has filed an appeal of Judge Roger Vinson's ruling on healthcare reform. The 62 page motion was filed Friday with the 11th Circuit of Appeals.
