Regulations could become voluminous

Many are expecting the 6 pages of healthcare reform addressing accountable care organization rules to become more than 1,000 pages of federal regulations. The administration is not talking about he extent of the regulations. Hospitals and doctors want clarification on many questions so they don't get into trouble.
