Administration must file papers by April 4th.

As expected, the Obama administration has requested an expedited hearing in the 11th Circuit Court relative to the decision of Judge Roger Vinson declaring the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act unconstitutional. The DOJ has until April 4th to file court papers and then the state of Florida will have until May 4th to respond. The March 14, 2011 NAHU Newswire contains more information on this recent activity.
