House Votes to Repeal Healthcare Reform

Moves to Senate

It is uncertain if the Senate will move legislation forward to repeal Healthcare reform. In the interim, the House will move forward with plans to replace the law. Vermont is starting a push for a single payer health insurance system that would take the place of the federal Healthcare reform. Vermont plans on requesting a waiver to "opt out" of the federal system.
