November 15, 2010

Meanwhile, Senator Baucus to introduce a bill to kill 1099 filing requirement

Senator Max Baucus (D) Montana has indicated he will introduce legislation to eliminate the 1099 reporting by businesses on purchases over $600. This burden comes at a time when businesses can least afford another labor-intensive mandate. To read more in the November 15, 2010 NAHU Newswire click here.
