Vote against mandate in healthcare law

Missouri is the first state to put a measure on the ballot to address the health insurance mandate. Known as "Proposition C", voters in decisive numbers voiced their rejection of the mandate to purchase health insurance or pay a tax penalty. Supporters of the measure say it will send a signal to Washington on how their state feels about the law.

Massachusetts Governor, Duval Patrick signed a bill Tuesday that mandates insurance carriers offer coverage for autism. Carriers will not be responsible to pay for in-school services.
