Virginia's Healthcare Lawsuit Allowed to Move Forward

Federal Judge refused to dismiss suit -
Monday, a federal judge refused to dismiss a lawsuit filed by the state of Virginia challenging the constitutionality of the recently passed health care reform. The Obama administration had asked that the suit be dismissed. The lawsuit questions whether Congress has the authority to regulate and tax a citizen for not purchasing health insurance.
