No Cost Sharing for Preventive Services

Applies to insurance plans created after September 23, 2010
Insurers will be required to pay 100 percent of preventive services receiving an A or B rating from the US Preventive Services Task Force. Services for adults include screenings for cancer and diabetes and children will receive screenings for hearing, vision, obesity and immunizations to name a few.
