Credible Coverage Disclosure Notices Due by Nov. 14
Entities that offer prescription drug coverage to Medicare Part D eligible individuals must provide them with a notice of whether their plan is creditable or non-creditable. The notice alerts individuals whether or not their drug coverage is at least as good as Medicare Part D coverage. The disclosure notice must be provided prior to the Medicare Part D coordinated election-period that runs from November 15th through December 31st.
