Harvard Pilgrim Health Care rate increase found to be reasonable

Governor Duval Patrick's administration attempt to curtail health care rate increases has been overturned by an insurance appeals board yesterday. The board found the rate increases Harvard Pilgrim requested for small businesses and individuals in April were reasonable.
