What is being called a "sleight of hand" could do just that

In what is looking like an attempt by the Democrats to pass healthcare reform without having a recorded vote may come to fruition. House Speaker, Nancy Pelosi is looking to use a procedural tactic that would allow her caucus members to vote on fixes without actually brining the Senate version of the bill to the floor for a vote.

The New York Times is reporting that fewer doctors and dentists are accepting Medicaid patients due to reimbursement rates. Now, emergency rooms are seeing an increase in the number of patients for non-emergent care.
