Healthcare Reform Legislation Could be Pushed to 2010

Senate Democrats may not have the 60 votes to prevent a filibuster

In what once was a rush to have Healthcare Reform completed by the end of the year may be pushed into 2010. Senate Democratic leadership indicates their hands are tied until the Congressional Budget Office releases their report. Once the report is released, other legislative matters will have to be addressed. Things could become complicated in 2010 as the entire House of Representatives is up for re-election and one-third of the Senate is as well.
