Democratic Healthcare Reform Would Take Three Years to Implement

Increased Taxes and Medicare cuts would start immediately

Democratic lawmakers say that the infrastructure necessary to implement healthcare reform will take three years to put in place. Of significant note, tax increases and Medicare cuts will start immediately while tax credits for middle and low-income households won't take place until 2013.
