Health Care Reform Bill Would Limit Flex Accounts

September 23, 2009

Bill would limit flexible spending account contributions to $2,000 per year

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has sent notice to all companies that sell private Medicare coverage to immediately discontinue sending customers information on healthcare reform and to remove it from their websites citing that the information is "misleading" and "confusing".
