Governor Signs SB115

Expands Healthy Kids Program

Today, Governor Lynch signed into law, SB115 (Click for PDF) expanding the Healthy Kids insurance program. Young adults up to age 26, making up to 400% of the national poverty level, and who do not have access to a parental health plan will be eligible to purchase coverage.

No plan type or start up date has been released. The law takes effect in sixty days.
