Harvard Pilgrim Health Care CEO, Charles D. Baker, Resigns

Bruce Bullen, COO, Named as Interim CEO

Harvard Pilgrim Health Care announced today that Charles D. Baker is leaving the company effective July 17th to put together a statewide electoral campaign. Under his ten-year tenure, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care had six straight years of membership growth and now has over one million members.

Stepping in as the interim CEO is Bruce Bullen. He brings vast experience to the helm as COO for the past 10 years. "Charlie and I have put together a strong management team and a sound business plan. Our members, customers, and provider partners will continue to receive the same great service they have received for the past ten years," said Bruce Bullen
