SB540 FN establishes a standard wellness plan for small employers.

Governor Lynch signed New Hampshire HealthFirst into law on Monday, May 19th. This bill establishes a standard wellness plan for small employers. The purpose is to promote the availability of more affordable health coverage in the small employer market by engaging all consumers, health care providers, insurers and small employers to address the underlying costs of healthcare.
